Phase I included exterior skin improvements and historical restoration to a building that was constructed in 1938.  The Headquarters project included the restoration of the masonry, including repairing and replacing, and brick and stone cleaning; complete window removal and replacement, storefront entrances and exterior doors; and complete removal and replacement of the roof.  Also included in the project was the restoration to the historical bronze details, illuminated clock and light fixtures located at the west entrance.

The Police Annex project is a two-story, 30,450-square-foot renovation to an un-occupied structure located on the north side of Police Headquarters.  The work included some demolition work and tenant improvements, such as security equipment, telephone/data, wall construction, painting and new carpet.
