The new, two-story elementary school is comprised of five main areas: An atrium/commons/media center, two classroom wings, a gymnasium and an auditorium. The center of the building was constructed to mimic a town square, complete with a four-sided clock, which houses an upstairs common area and a lower level media center. The lower level is a ‘living lab’ atrium, which includes a pond surrounded by foliage, wood bridge, stone benches, and a walking path.
