As your Construction Manager, we work throughout the various phases of a project (planning, design and construction ) and cooperate with you and the designer in furthering your interests. We provide construction leadership and perform administration and management services within a defined scope of services.
Design-Bid-Build
Under this form of contract, design documents are completed and then distributed for contractor bids. The expectation is that the lowest bidder will be selected to enter into a construction contract with the Owner. The relationships we have cultivated in our 32+ year history provides us with access to a large number of specialty constractors and affords us some of the best values on all of our projects.
Design Build
Titan was the first commercial contractor member of Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) in the metro Kansas City area, as well as the first to serve on a national DBIA committee. We want to provide you the very best Design Build service. The most appealing aspect of Design Build to a project Owner may be the "single point of responsibility" -- that is, dealing with one service provider. We select design firm team members based on their expertise in the type of project you want, your recommendations (if any), and on our past experience with the design firm.
