This 2-story, all brick and stone structure houses the corporate offices of STRATCO. The facility has an unusually shaped entry which was a construction challenge. The entry is “U” shaped and constructed of all stone. The facility is 27,000 square feet and includes administrative offices, conference rooms and an executive board room.

The employees at Perceptive Software work hard creating software for innovative document imaging, management and workflow solutions software for a broad range of industries worldwide, so the Owner believes they should play hard.

This all brick and glass facility is located in the heart of Lee’s Summit downtown area and the main entrance area has beautiful courtyard landscaping and a clock tower. The interior has an open feel with the windows spanning the entire two-stories. The light fixtures throughout blend well with the overall atmosphere of the building adding to the modern feel the building emits.

This development includes two separate building to comprise the strip center. One building totals over 15,000 square feet and has five separate retail spaces. The other building is over 14,000 square feet and accommodates six retailers.

The larger building houses Verison Wireless, Shay-Belle’s Salon and Zig & Mac’s Bar & Grill; while the other building’s tenants are Mr. Goodcents, Alpha Nails and Casa De Hernandez.

This project is in the upscale shopping area in Leawood, Kansas (Hawthorne Center). The interior finishes are rich in their feel and appearance which adds to the shopping experience with this well-known custom jeweler.

Located in Liberty, Missouri this new grocery facility was completed in 1994. The facility has all of the standard grocery store departments, full-service pharmacy and widely accessible loading/unloading dock.

Located near the Overland Park’s Convention Center, this hotel offers numerous amenities. The three-story facility includes 137 guest rooms, 12 guest suites and 2 meeting rooms which offers over 1,250 sf, high speed internet and onsite catering.

Titan Construction provided Construction Management services for this new hotel. Located adjacent to the Kansas Speedway, this 3-story stone-veneer and log-siding exterior, includes 76 guest rooms, hospitality room, guest laundry facility, exercise room and enclosed swimming pool and a total of 40,000 square feet. Constructed at a cost of $3,200,000, this project began on March 24, 2003 and opened for business on September 26, 2003. This project was partially financed by STAR Bonds and exceeded target goals for MBE participation.

Located in the newly developed area around the Kansas Speedway, this “theme” hotel offers the ultimate in lodging experience. Each room is designed and decorated to various “get-away” experiences; e.g. tropical, European, mountain escape, etc. This facility includes administrative offices, housekeeping facility, commercial kitchen and lodging amenities.

This church project involved remodel work, demolition and construction of approximately 36,000 square feet. The existing worship area and the parsonage had to be demolished making room for the new work. A new worship area was constructed and the existing classrooms remodeled. The church was designed to maintain an open feeling through the use of high ceilings and natural lighting. The interior color selection also helps to give the open effect as does the exposed beams.

Addition and renovation of 29,000 square feet, construction of a new multi-purpose room for use as a gymnasium and worship space, including a raised platform area, new kitchen, added storage, new lobby/Narthex space, and associated mechanical and electrical support rooms. Remodeling and expansion of the existing Christian Education Building, including new administration offices, added Sunday School and Preschool classrooms, new reception area, added storage and associated mechanical and electrical support rooms.

New construction of a worship center and early childhood development and care center totalling over 60,000 square feet.

The facility is a steel frame and masonry structure and the interior finishes were selected for durability as well as appearance. The child center has a beautiful mural on curved walls that lends itself to conversation and the attention of the children. The new facility includes administrative offices and religious library. Full commercial kitchen and walk-in coolers and freezers.
